Scope 

Worked with Prime Locations to install a new energy efficient HVAC system building wide. Created energy saving models of several energy efficient systems and presented them to ownership. 

Solution 

We provided and installed a new energy efficient HVAC system throughout the building including the construction of a new penthouse boiler plant to replace the electric heating system. The project provided ownership with approximately $200,000.00 in energy savings annually.
