Worked with FD Rich Company to fabricate and install all HVAC duct systems and airside equipment for the (8) story Hotel project. 

Solution 

We provided value engineering to allow the mechanical scope to stay within the estimated budget. Provided solutions for Commercial Kitchen installation at the closing stages of the project. Provided a fully functional maintainable air conditioning system and continue to provide maintenance and service to the facility.
